He is survived by: his children, Timothy Jason Kelly (Samantha Kelly) and Julie Kelly Howell (Paul Howell); his grandchildren, Emma Milnar and Danté Jordan; and his brother Carl Kelly (Sharon Kelly).

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Klein Memorial Park - CyFair (14711 Cypress North Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429).
