She was predeceased by: her parents, Luceil Nugent and Nixon Fregia; her husband Harry Ray Coplin; her sons, Franklin Lewis Touchet and Bobby Dale Coplin; and her brothers, Lonzo Fregia, Lee Charles Fregia and Wilbur Fregia.
She is survived by: her niece Billie Jo Fregia; her great-nephew Vernon Fregia; her daughter Susan Ann Touchet English; her sisters, Cordelia Mae Mitchell and Florence Theresa Hicks; Vernon.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Althea P. Gibson Chapel (300 Alabama St, Liberty, TX 77575). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Dale Cemetery (676 Co Rd 2018, Daisetta, TX 77533).
