It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Lou Garrison of Dalhart, Texas, who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Winchester Orr and Beulah Orr; her husband Joe Garrison; and her daughter Gina Culbertson. She is survived by : her children, Mike Higgs (Laguiya) of Amarillo and Jackie Fox of Dalhart; her grandchildren, Milton Culbertson (Keri) of Dalhart, Marie Kunkel of Delaware, Dewayne Higgs of Amarillo and Dianne Higgs of Amarillo; her great grandchildren, Brayden Smith, Marissa Higgs, Joy and AnnaBelle Culbertson; and her great great grandchild Skylannah Smith.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dalhart Senior Center.
