It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wafer of Dalhart, Texas, born in Plainview, Texas, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Celie Wafer and Clara Wafer; and his siblings, Clifford Wafer, Elizabeth Wafer and Brenda Houston.
He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Wafer of Dalhart; his children, J'Mal Wafer (Chrystal) of Dumas and Kierra Gonzales (Daniel) of Dalhart; and his brothers, Robert Wafer of Plainview and Dennis Smith of Waco. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
