He is survived by: his wife Becky Sue Mitchell (Hesse); his children, Jody Mitchell (Kim), Jamie Mitchell Gillispie and Jocelyn Mitchell DeVilliers; his grandchildren, Victoria Mitchell of Virginia Beach, VA, Alexandria Mitchell of Jacksonville, FL, Mary Spencer Rumley of Lubbock, Savannah Cage (Adam) of Ft Collins, CO, Houston DeVilliers of Dalhart, Asher DeVilliers of Dalhart and Hatlee DeVilliers of Dalhart; his siblings, Johnny Mitchell and Betty Fletcher; and his nephew Jerry. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces.
