He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Eaves; his children, Carol Reynolds (Jeff) of Dalhart, Texas and Jimmy Richardson (Kelly) of Dalhart, Texas; his sister Donna Hall; his grandchildren, Josh Reynolds (Karlee) of Bushland, Texas, Kelli Reed (Jeff) of Clovis, Zach Richardson (Kristen) of Dalhart, Texas, Cody Byrd (Carly) of Arkansas and Kyllie Ybarra (David) of Dalhart, Texas.; and his great grandchildren, Colton Reynolds, Halle Reynolds, Cade Reynolds, Cager Reed, Bryce Vigil, Gatlin Richardson, Emberly Richardson, Lukas Ybarra, Aiden Ybarra, Cadence Byrd, Raiden Byrd, Bentley Byrd and Hunter Byrd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dalhart Funeral Home (424 Rock Island Ave, Dalhart, TX 79022). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1000 E 16th St, Dalhart, TX 79022).
