He is survived by: his siblings, Amy Hyde of Bullhead City, Arizona, Walt Smithee (June) of Walsh, Colorado and Charles Smithee (Catherine) of Canadian, Texas; his children, Bryan Smithee (Tami) of Stillwater, Minnesota and Dr. Crystal Washburn (Bruce Washburn) of Raton; his sister-in-law Colene Ferry; his grandson Blake Washburn (Tiffany) of Canyon; his great grandchildren, Lanie, Owen, Madilyn, Adrian Smithee (Erica) of Hurricane, Ethan Washburn (Kristie) of Phoenix and Isaac Smithee (Amy) of Stillwater, Minnesota.; Sophia and Maria. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
