He is survived by: his wife Rocio Guerrero; his daughters, Arely and Nayeli Hernandez; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Hernandez (Roy Pena) of Dalhart and Jessica Fleming (Dillon) of Dalhart; and his grandchildren, Sophia Gonzales, Jaiden Gonzales, Amelia Fleming, Noel Pena, Nolan Pena and Maya Pena.
The lying in state was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Horizon Funeral Home (701 Elm Ave, Dalhart, TX 79022). A rosary was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
