He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Przilas; his children, Colette Stork (Charlie Stork), Sandra Wise (Danny Wise), Douglas Przilas (Anita Przilas) and David Przilas (Christy Przilas); his grandchildren, Crystal Gilmore, Ashley Jesko, Celeste Przilas-Stork, Jonathan, Christopher Phillips, LaCoda, Parker Przilas, Michael Przilas, Whitney Mullins and Taylor Przilas; and his siblings, Oscar Przilas (Kay Przilas) and Bernice Schwartz (Kenneth "Sonny" Schwartz).
