He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Williams and Elna Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Loretta Ann Biggins (Betty), Frankie L. Silmon and Nathaniel Williams, Sr.; his daughter Teresa Y. Martin; his wife Mary Pearl Vance Williams; and his children, Albert Ray Williams, Jr. (Tonnette), Tamera Lynn Wokomah, Paula Sullivan (Clifton), Bobby Vance, Jr. (Kimberly) and Tiffany Vance Murphy (Robert). He is also survived by numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
Contribution to Education and Society" from O.W. Holmes in 1965 and 1979, respectively, and the "Positive Image Award" from the Oak Cliff.
