As Alice departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Alice may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Alice leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alex File and Katie File; her husband Silas; her grandsons, Joshua and Jake; and her sons, Tim (Karen), Joe (Julie), Joshua and Jake.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Restland Funeral Home & Crematory (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Restland Funeral Home (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081). A burial will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Restland Cemetery.
