She was predeceased by: her father John H Van Amburgh; and her brother Thomas G. Van Amburgh. She is survived by: her daughter Isabel Kidd; her mother Joanne Van Amburgh (Jody); her brothers, Steve Van Amburgh (Lee Ann), John Van Amburgh (Lynn) and Michael Van Amburgh (Beth); her friend Amy; Charles Kidd. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, colleagues, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given in memory of Amy Van Amburgh to the Highland Park Presbyterian Church Memorial Giving Fund.
