He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Maria and Anna Maria (Patsy) of Bruyn; his brothers-in-law, J. Anthony "Tony" Lewis and Michael Callanan; and his daughter-in-law Crista of Bruyn.
He is survived by: his pet Zeena; his wife Bridget Marshall of Bruyn; his children, Philip M. (Crista) of Bruyn, Nicolette (Drew Paterson) of Bruyn, Helen Clements (Jud) and Anthony P. of Bruyn; his grandchildren, Anthony W. (Tony) of Bruyn, Taryn (Alex) of Bruyn Krenek, Charles Clements (Charlie), Sarah Cate Clements and Thomas Paterson; his sister Denise Callanan; his siblings-in-law, Margaret H. Marshall and Hugh Marshall (Julie); and his nieces, Anne Marneweck (Peter) and Lynne Callanan.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made in his memory to The Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration Endowment Fund or the Anthony C. de Bruyn and Bridget M. de Bruyn Endowment Fund at Parkland Health Foundation.
