He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William and Ruby Octavia Lewis (Dews); his wife Sari Lynn Lewis (Walner); his brother Robert William Lewis Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Miller, Richard Walner, Edward Walner, Charlene Walner and Joan Walner (Chastain).
He is survived by: his daughter Traci Lewis Doane; his son-in-law Robert Doane; his granddaughter Ashley Doane; his sister Betty Miller; and his sister-in-law Linda Lewis.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081).
