She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Louise Kirby-Slaton and Wilmer Austin Slaton; and her brother Wilmer Ardith Slaton. She is survived by: her husband Norbert "Stan" Stanislav; her children, Lynn Boucher (Bruno Boucher) and Craig Stanislav; and her grandchildren, Jean Philippe "JP" Boucher (Otilia "Oti" Boucher), Bruce Boucher and Danielle Boucher.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (1802 Bethel Rd, Weatherford, TX 76086).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Weatherford Animal Shelter (at http://www.weatherfordtx.gov — select "Animal Services," then "Donate"), honoring Barbara's lifelong love for animals.
