Barbara leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Barbara’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Barbara will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Estelle Gartner and Benjamin Gartner. She is survived by: her brothers, Larry Gartner and Dr. Jay Gartner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in honor of Barbara's courageous lifelong battle with multiple sclerosis and in support of continued research, treatment, and assistance for others living with the disease.
