He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Edward Billings and Johnnie Lou Grimes; his wife Anna Marie Grundman; and his brother John Carroll Billings. He is survived by: his sister Reva Jean Ballard of Dallas, Texas; his daughters, Beth Billings of Payne Springs, Brenda Stanley (Joe) of Garland and Belinda Davis (Michael) of Edgewood, Texas; his grandchildren, Kody Billings, Bethany, Korey Nix, Joshua Davis, Makayla, Jared Davis, Annika Burnett (Bailey), Pam Stanley, Jason and Trisha Marsden (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Kai, Sabre, Theo, Jett, Sophie, Panther, Sienna, Fox, Zeva, Lumi and Breanna Facca (Marc).
