He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Milliman and Barbra Milliman; and his brother Richard Milliman. He is survived by: his wife Betty Frieze Milliman; his daughters, Peggy Wynn and Julie Heath; his sons-in-law, Eric Wynn and James Heath; his grandsons, Chance Wynn, Jon Heath and Ryan Heath; and his daughter-in-law Tabitha Heath. He is also survived by his daughters and grandsons he loved.
