She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harley Downing and Norma Louise Lynn; her brother Claude Earl Jones; her son-in-law Ricky Levan Shelton; and her stepgrandson Jason Paul Shelton.
She is survived by: her brothers, William Harley Downing, Jr. (Bill), David Michael Downing (Dave) and Roy Lynn Jones (Tuffy); her children, Tammi Louise Shelton and Mark Franklin Gaddis; and her daughter-in-law Judy Stiles Gaddis. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and their spouses, 7 great-grandchildren, and a wealth of friends and family.
