He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sharp and Dottie Sharp. He is survived by: his children, Shelby (Kobi Perdue) and Rod Sharp; his siblings, Jimmy Sharp (Kittie Sharp) and Sharon Karnes (Randy); his grandchildren, Sydney Sharp, Nora, Owen and Wyatt Perdue; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; a few good friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests honoring Coy's memory by starting a project you have no intention of finishing, watching a Looney Tunes marathon, or helping a neighbor fix something while providing detailed commentary on all the ways they could have prevented the problem in the first place.
