He was predeceased by: his parents, Porfirio Andrade and Beatrice Andrade; his siblings, Ismeal "Milo" Andrade, Lorenzo Andrade and Rafaela Pineda; his niece Rosie "Ochie" Ramos; and his grandson Patrick L. Adger Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Regina Andrade, Erica Douglas (Roderick), Daniel R. Andrade Jr., Alexia Andrade and Danielle Andrade; his grandchildren, Isaac G. Andrade, Tai Douglas, Brooklyn Douglas, Olivia Cochran and Natalie Cochran; his great grandchild Denver L. McCurdy; his siblings, Raymond Andrade, Freddy Andrade, Estella Andrade, Ruth Hidrogo, Alicia Hernandez and Olga Andrade; and his nephew Ismeal "Mo" Andrade, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
