David C. Higgins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David C. Higgins of Dallas, Texas, who passed away on March 25, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Paul Higgins and Grace Myrtle Bearveldt Higgins; his brothers, Paul and Joseph Higgins; and his sister-in-law Nancy Kershaw Higgins.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Jeff Higgins (Ginger), Greg Higgins (Laurie), Brad Higgins (Kendra), Scott Higgins (Monica) and Christian; his brother-in-law Bob Kershaw (Paula); his nephew Jonathan Kershaw (Whitney); his grandchildren, Abigail Etter (David), Anneliese Bosveld (Kyle), Ashley Clemmons (Parker), Andrew Higgins (Lauren), Allyson Fowler (Marcos), Alexander Higgins (Sarah), Aaron Higgins (Bianca), Luke Higgins, Cohen Higgins, Mason Higgins, Hailey Higgins, Hunter Higgins, Jaelyn Higgins and Adele Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Etter, Isaiah Etter, Everly Higgins, Levi Higgins, Samuel Higgins, Elowyn Bosveld, Asher Bosveld, Judah Fowler and Santiago Fowler.
