She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter R. Blassingame and Ella A. Blassingame; her husband H. Earl Shearin; and her son Robert W. Shearin. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Cummings and Aleta Oppermann-Kimbell (Pat); her sister Luella Brandenburg (Kenneth); and her friends, Sue, Jerry Duke, Sammi and Gale Parkman. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grand children, and twelve great great grandchildren, and a special great great grandchild.
Although Doris loved beautiful flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to Grand Central Station, 619 E. Houston Street, Sherman, TX 75090.
