She is survived by: her son Doug Smith; her grandchildren, Brian Garrett, Racheal Smith and Jerry Cox; her siblings, James Johnson, Carl Johnson, Bobby Johnson, Steven Johnson, Victor Johnson and Rener Taylor; her sister-in-law Jessie "Dot" Smith; and her close friend Clarence Manning. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
