He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Esther Lee Boyd and Charles Rex Boyd. He is survived by: his children, Eddie, Jan, Cheryl Boyd and Sharissa Murray (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jackson (Kara), Ella and Claire Murray; his brothers, Bill and Rick; and his friends, Wilshire Baptist Church and Casa De Vida (North Park Presbyterian). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
