It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elnor Mae Downs of Dallas, Texas, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Felio and Dorothy Felio (Brown); her husband Franklin Phillip Downs (Phil); her daughter Tamara Lynn Trice (Downs); her son-in-law Jeffrey Trice; and her brother Larry Felio (Genelle).
She is survived by: her son Derek Downs (Cathy); and her great grandchildren, Keegan Downs, Franklin, Cecilia, Makenna Downs, Grayson Downs, Asher Downs, Rebekah (Trice) and Wilcox. She is also survived by her five grandchildren.
