He was predeceased by: his wife Millie Matthews; his parents, Marian Wood and Chester Matthews; and his brother Lawrence Charles Kopp. He is survived by: his children, Ferrell Yeokum (Debbie), LuWana Clary, Eugene Matthews (Rosemary), Colleen Worth (Lawrence), Maureen Parsonage (Dave) and Matt Matthews (Stephanie). He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
