With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn P Low in Dallas, Texas, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on May 25, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chalmers Pattillo and Cornelia Elizabeth Todd; and her son-in-law Carmelo Pampallona (Myron). She is survived by: her husband Myron James Low; her children, Melinda Pampallona and Kurt Low (William Cossolias); and her grandson Rio Pampallona.
