She was predeceased by: her husband Louie William Olsovsky; her parents, Fred Polansky and Ann Polansky (Barak); her siblings, Martha Willig, Lillian Rippengale, Lucille Flaherty, Helen Wright, Eleanor Schneider, Raymond and WJ Polansky; and her children, Angela Ann Olsovsky and Joe Paul Olsovsky.
She is survived by: her children, Louis Wayne Olsovsky (Connie), Carol E Smith (Harold), Sharon K Pope (Craig), Delores A Farrell (Jim), Robert J Olsovsky, Leslie J Olsovsky, Mary A Dryden (Ben) and James H Olsovsky (Joann); her grandchildren, Shane Tyree, Heath Preston, Matt Olsovsky, Jesse Lancaster, Aaron Olsovsky, Dana Smith, Jena Tyree-Miklaw, Clint Smith, Sean Simmons, Dean Simmons, Dustin Olsovsky, Trey Dryden, Ariana Dryden (Evan), Austin Olsovsky and Dalton Olsovsky; her great grandchildren, Zachary Preston, Keller Tyree, Kendall Olsovsky, Colby Olsovsky and Hudson Olsovsky; and her siblings, Anne Marie Breeland (Joann), Nancy Brinkley and Sammy Polansky.
In lieu of flowers, Evelyn requested donations be sent to St. Judes Hospital.
