He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kubelka and Emily Kubelka; and his siblings, Marguerite Patterson, Eugene Kubelka and Mickey Kubelka.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne (Suzie); his children, Nicole (John Johnson), Michael (Sandy Kubelka) and Dominic (Audra Kubelka); his grandchildren, Joe, Leo, Jack, Rebecca, Chloe, Henry, Shannon, Teddy, Charlie, Tony, Louie and George; his sister Marcella Anderson; his nieces, Missy, Maria, Stephanie, Monica, Suzie and Julie; and his nephew Bill.
Donations may also be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX, in the name of Robert F. Kubelka.
