He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Ruth Lakes and James Williams; his son Marvin Joe Williams; and his grandchildren, Maliyah Rae Terry and Michael Douglas Terry, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Williams; his children, Terrence Williams, Shelia Terry (Michael) and Keith Williams (Elaine); his daughter-in-law Debra Williams; and his grandchildren, Orlando "OJ" Williams, Shanell Williams, Brandon Williams, Ashley Jackson, Emily Williams, Portia Sims, Teraya Williams, Allysa Williams and Alex Williams. He is also survived by great grandchildren; (1) great great grandchild along with a host of other relatives and friends.
