He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughter Nicole; his son-in-law Gary Lindholm; his grandsons, Korbin Chase and Christian Lindholm; his sister-in-law Sherry Davis; his sibling's children, Kristy Parker and James Gammill; his cousin Allen Leigey; and his sibling's children, Debbie Hucke, Diana Friberg and David Roeshot.
