He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Smith and Marie Hodges Smith; his children, Stacey Steelman and Doug Smith; his stepchildren, Todd Landwermeyer and Laurie Moore; his grandchildren, Courtney, Katie, Syndney, Samantha, Jacob, Blake, Jace, Danny and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Conor and Blakelyn.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pleasant Grove Christian Church.
