He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sr. Abbey and Ruth Abbey; and his sister Barbara Van Epps. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Emily Young; and his children, Mark Abbey (Analyn) of Coppell, TX, Bruce Abbey (Claudia) of Clemmons, NC, Curtis Abbey of Reno, NV, Jean Beauchamp of Abilene, TX and Jeannette Bortnem of Corinth, TX. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
