He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hart Marshall and Johnnie Lois Baird Marshall; and his brother Frank Baird Marshall. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Markay Marshall Deison; and his nieces, Stefani Marshall Rea (David), Stacy Marshall Shoaf (Tom) and Shannon Marshall Owens (Brett).
