He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Shields-Wright of Lone Grove, OK and Robyn Shields-Lewis; his children-in-law, Mark Lewis (Jerry D. Shields Jr.) of Frisco, TX and Deanna Shields of Dallas, TX.; his grandchildren, Shelby Ellis of Lone Grove, OK, Amber Myers (Mitchel Wise) of Springer, OK, Joey Shields of Dallas, TX and Andrew Lewis of Frisco, TX; his great grandchildren, Audri White, Sophia Ellis, Olivia Butler and Zander Wise; and his sister Gloria Manard of Chicago Celebration.
