Jo Ellen (Clark) Barnard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jo Ellen (Clark) Barnard of Dallas, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jo shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jo farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis Allen Barnard; and her parents, Herman Clark and Neely Clark (Best). She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Barnard Cox and Cathryn Melanie Barnard; and her grandchildren, Russell Lewis Wilhite, Amanda Sue DeSimone (Wilhite) and William "Connor" Cox.
