She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ramsay Vickrey and Laura Luddie Johnson Vickrey; her husband Dr. Robert Rember; her brother Robert Vickrey; and her stepson Lawrence Rember.

She is survived by: her sons, Craig Rember (Rachel) of Fort Worth and Casey Rember (Christy) of New Braunfels; her siblings, James Richard Vickrey and Barbara Vickrey Avery; her granddaughters, Vivian Rose Rember and Mallory Jo Rember; and her cousins, Nancy Rhodes of Tyler and Paula Casey of Dallas. She is also survived by aunt to her nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
