He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Cothard; his siblings, Kathy Laubenthal and Donald Cothard (Candace); his stepchildren, Tracey Monjure (Tim Monjure) and Dustin (Heather); and his grandchildren, Anna, Andrea Morris, Tyler Monjure, Harrison, Wallace Kethley and Harper Kethley.
