Carter; his sons, Kevin (Renia) of Garland, Texas, Kenneth (LaQuita) of Detroit, Michigan and Keith (Yashmin) of Frisco, Texas; his sister Jeanetta Carter Allen (Willie) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; and his grandchildren, QuaSean Johnson, Raven Lambert, Kamiya Carter, Riana Carter, Nola Carter, Kyle Carter and Kyden Carter. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
