He is survived by: his wife Georgia Hills Risby; and his sons, Cornell Risby and Reginald Tucker. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas (4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home (4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224).
