She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Sybil and Earl Phillips; and her brothers, Dillard Phillips, Joe Phillips and Lindale Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband H. B. Spradlin (Buster); her sons, Brian Spradlin and Michael Spradlin of Carrollton, Texas; and her sister Jestine Calame (Starley) of Tehuacana, Texas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
