With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juan Carrion Sr. in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Carrion and Lucia Martinez; his grandparents, Eddie and Josephine; and his brothers, Henry Ruiz, Jr. and Ted Ruiz.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Carrion; his children, Josephine Cortez (Joseph Cortez), Juan Carrion, Jr. (Delia Carrion), Ruben Garza, Maricela Hernandez (Gabriel Hernandez) and Lucia Galvan (Angel Galvan); his sisters, Rachel Jimenez, Florastella Ruiz and Rosalva Padilla; and his close friend Rudy Garcia. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gonzalez Funeral Home (3050 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75247). A prayer was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
