He is survived by: his wife Leslie Anne McVay (Hutchingame); his siblings, Betty Whitehead (Clyde) and Bob; his niece Pam (McVay); Susan, Jean and Gail. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Ken's name to A Wish with Wings, an organization that brings joy and comfort to children facing life-threatening conditions.
