She was predeceased by: her parents, Cayetano Requenes and Narciza Saucedo; her in-laws, Ignacio Garcia and Benita Solis; her siblings, Maria and Guadalupe Requenes Saucedo; and her son-in-law Jose Oscar Garza.
She is survived by: her spouse Cirilo S. Garcia; her daughters, Maria Teresa Garza, Leticia Castaneda and Juanita Garcia; her sons-in-law, Adrian Castaneda and Alejo Garcia Jr.; her grandchildren, Adrian Jr. Jacob Alexander, Yulisa, Joshua and Lisette; her great grandchildren, Sophia Nicole, Adriel, Emma Grace and Adriana Gabrielle; and her siblings, Andrea Perez San Juana and Ignacio Requenes Saucedo.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grove Hill Funeral Home (3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228). A rosary was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (4014 Simpson St, Dallas, TX 75246). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oak Grove Memorial Gardens (1413 E Irving Blvd, Irving, TX 75060).
