With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lyndal Roger Lemonds (Dallas, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Lemonds and Esther Lemonds; and his brothers, Larry Lemonds and Neal Lemonds. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Cookie" Tiller; his children, Mark Lemonds, Chris Lemonds and Shelley Loy; his children-in-law, Maria Lemonds and Matt Loy; his grandchildren, Jacob Avila, Ryan Loy and Marie Loy; his granddaughter-in-law Kassandra Avila; his great grandchild Aly Avila; his siblings, Richard Lemonds, John Lemonds and Diana Cotton; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Lemonds, Suzie Lemonds, Beverly Lemonds, Beverly Tiller, Charlie Tiller and Joe Cotton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eastgate Funeral Home (12973 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Garland, TX 75041). A procession will be held on Tuesday, December 30th 2025 at 10:45 AM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
