Tate Foster) and John L Marshall III (Odette Veilleux); and her grandsons, Richard and Ryan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Briggs Funeral Home & Crematory (1748 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eastern Shore Chapel (2020 Laskin Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454).
