She is survived by: her husband Dallas Thomas of Beattyville; her sons, Thomas James Cowley (Megan) of Georgetown and Devin Scott Thomas (Michaela Denise) of Beattyville; her stepchildren, Kim Sullivan of Chicago, Illinois and Rick Thomas (Jacqueline) of Chicago, Illinois; her grandchildren, Alexa Jean, Emily Rose, Jackson Eugene, Austin Thomas and Paige Sullivan; and her sister Pamela Sue Rudd (Rick) of Shelbyville, Indiana. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
