Nancy McMillan Dedman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy McMillan Dedman (Dallas, Texas), who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent H. Mims; her grandmother McMillan; and her husband Robert H. Dedman Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Dedman Nail (Bobby Nail); her grandchildren, Jonathan and Saryn Dietz; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Sterling and Holden; her daughter Christina Dietz; her grandson Jeffrey Dietz (Peyton); her son Robert H. Dedman Jr. (Rachael); her granddaughters, Catherine and Nancy Dedman; her sister Betty Kelly; and her nephew Brad Kelly.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Highland Park United Methodist Church (3300 Mockingbird Ln, Dallas, TX 75205).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial remembrances be sent to the Dedman Family at 5956 Sherry Lane, Suite 1800, Dallas, Texas 75225 and that any contributions in Nancy's honor be donated to either the Crystal Charity Ball in Dallas, the UTSW O'Donnell Brain Institute, or the SMU North Dallas High School Scholars program.
