She was predeceased by: her husbands, James A. "Jim" Phillips and J. C. "Buddy" Hart. She is survived by: her sons, Ricky "Rick" Phillips (Donna Phillips) of River Oaks, TX and John Phillips (Lori Phillips) of Overland Park, KS; her grandsons, Micah Phillips and Bradley "Brad" Phillips; her granddaughter-in-law Kara Phillips; her great grandchildren, Seth Phillips, Carson Phillips, Jackson Phillips, Graham Phillips, Declan Phillips and Grayson Phillips; and her siblings, Betty Estes of Belton, TX, Dennis "Denny" Scheffe of Enid, OK, Linda Theilen of Covington, OK and Willa Rice of Oklahoma City, OK.. She is also survived by daughter, Granddaughter or Great Granddaughter, but had 13 boys; 2 sons, 5 Grandsons & 6 Great Grandsons, we're sorry mom.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
